Kelley D. Hamilton
Chief Executive Officer
Kelley Hamilton joined Bonaventure in January of 2001 as the Chairman of the Board and co-owner and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the company, coordinating operations, accounting, finance and development.
Prior to Bonaventure Senior Living, Mr. Hamilton was the founder and owner of Kline Hamilton Realty Advisors, a real estate consulting and appraisal company that specialized in senior/health care properties. Mr. Hamilton received his Bachelors Degree from Portland State University with co-majors in Finance and Business Administration.
Chief Operating Officer
Pam Gray joined Bonaventure in 2004 as a Regional Director of Operations and has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2007. Ms. Gray began her career in a senior community and has over 20 years of operational experience with all aspects of senior living having served as a House Coordinator, Administrator and then Vice President for Farmington Square and as a Regional and Division Manager for Sunwest Management.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Jundt joined Bonaventure in December of 2001 after graduating that same year from Western Oregon University, with a degree in Finance. He joined the company as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and also spent time as a Staff Accountant before becoming company Controller in 2006. He was promoted to Director of Finance and Accounting before ultimately being named Chief Financial Officer in September of 2010.
Director of Human Resources
Rojita Raghubansh joined Bonaventure in 2002 as a Payroll Analyst and moved into a position as Project Manager by 2003. She took the opportunity to create and develop a Human Resources Department for Bonaventure that year and currently manages all aspects of that department. Prior to Bonaventure Senior Living, Ms. Raghubansh held a number of financial positions with Wells Fargo bank and has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Portland State University.
