We are a Continuing Care Campus that offers the fun, choice, and active options of Retirement Living, fully customized Assisted Living, and the highly specialized staff and facilities for Memory Care.
Here, you only receive, and pay for, the exact services that you require. It's a flexible solution that allows you to enjoy your community for the long-term. There is no difficult transition to yet another community, if, at some point, you require assisted living or memory care.

Retirement Living
Retirement Living is for older adults who are independent and active yet want supportive services to make their lives more carefree.
We offer large deluxe studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, some with private patios or balconies. Every apartment has a full kitchen along with individual climate controls. Furnish your home with your own furniture and special treasures to truly make it your own.
Enjoy a relaxed lifestyle in our retirement living community. Mingle with friends, sit and chat by the fireplace, or join in on one of the many planned outings and activities. At a Bonaventure Senior Living Community, you can truly call your time your own.
There are no buy-in fees or long term leases. Instead we offer a simple month-to-month plan that allows great flexibility. Retirement living with Bonaventure Senior Living is the perfect choice!
Assisted Living
Assisted Living is for older adults who require help with activities of daily living, but do not need the skilled medical care of a nursing home. Activities of daily living include bathing, dressing, housekeeping and eating. Medication assistance varies according to state regulations.
All of the assisted living apartments are your private homes that you furnish with your own furniture and special treasures. Each apartment is equipped throughout with emergency response systems. It is your home; our staff does not enter your apartment without first knocking and obtaining permission to enter.

- 24-hour personal assistance

Memory Care
Memory care is for older adults who require specialized care because of Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia or other memory loss.
Dignity, choice and independence are more than just words in our community; they are the basis of our care philosophy. As part of Bonaventure’s acclaimed "Here & Now" program, we build an environment that encourages creativity, socialization and individuality. You can relax knowing that your loved one is being treated with respect and dignity while being encouraged to be as independent as their condition permits.
Our residents are surrounded with mementos of yesteryear and their own personal belongings in a private or semi-private apartment. Our beautiful landscaped grounds allow residents to safely enjoy the outdoors and changing seasons.
We believe in family involvement and understand the fear and sadness you feel as your loved one progresses through the stages of memory loss. Take advantage of our monthly support groups and educational series.
